Quality Control Technician

Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a dependable Quality Control Technician in Locust Grove, GA. In this fast-paced and detail-oriented role, you will be responsible for inspecting and testing products in a high-volume manufacturing environment to ensure they meet established quality standards. Performing routine quality inspections and product testing in a manufacturing environment

Inspecting finished products and materials to ensure they meet company quality standards

Identifying defects, inconsistencies, or other quality concerns during the production process

Documenting inspection and testing results accurately

Reporting product defects or quality issues to supervisors and production team members

Following established quality control procedures and safety guidelines

Maintaining a clean and safe work area in accordance with company standards

What you’ll need:

Previous experience in Quality Control, product testing, or a similar manufacturing position

Previous manufacturing or production experience

Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or inconsistencies

Ability to follow quality standards, testing procedures, and work instructions

Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

Stable employment history required — candidates should have no significant job-hopping within the last 5–6 years

Ability to work a rotating 12-hour shift
