Position Overview:

Implementation of procedures, standards, and tactics to optimize restaurant sales, control costs, and provide a quality guest experience by adherence to quality, cleanliness, and service standards.

Responsible for following brand standards, company rules and policies and job responsibilities in positions as assigned by the supervisor. Team members strive to deliver a quality guest experience, deliver products that meet brand standards and recipes, maintain stations in a clean and orderly manner, and assist other team members as needed.

• Crews may be trained in multiple positions including front of house, back of house, guest service, or prep and production, with duties varying by position.
• Prepare certain food items as assigned.
• Greet guests and take orders accurately in a friendly manner.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and packaging; follow the step-by-step procedures for making various food and beverage products. Some positions require food and beverage preparation and maintaining quality standards of products.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service. For cash handling positions, maintain accurate cash control.
• Deliver food and drink orders to guests and confirm order accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining room and other service areas accessed by guests; may include cleanliness of various stations or food production or storage areas.

Hourly/Part-Time

Must meet age requirements. Some, but not all positions require a high school diploma or equivalent.
