Compensation: $60,000.00-$73,000.00 per year.

Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is a fast‑moving pizza restaurant looking to hire a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily operations and ensure a friendly and personalized service.

As an integral member of the Operations Team, the Assistant Manager will support the General Manager in managing the restaurant’s daily operations, including:

• Overseeing daily operations.
• Maintaining day‑to‑day financial controls.
• Creating and managing staff schedules.
• Interviewing, hiring, training and orienting team members.
• Coaching, counseling, and developing staff and managing team relations.
• Ensuring proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management.
• Ensuring health and safety inspections and standards are met.
• Setting the tone for the fun, family environment in the restaurant.

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience (high volume food service concepts preferred).
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays (closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas).
• Valid Driver’s License in good standing & access to private transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent and possession of all required documents per state and federal law.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and manage a team in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, results‑oriented and customer service focused.
