Foreman - Environmental Services

Position Summary

The Foreman Field Services is responsible for leading a crew of Field Technicians in the removal and disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous materials. The foreman manages all onsite paperwork, ensures compliance with safety requirements, prepares the work site for public safety, conducts safety briefings, and monitors jobs to ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations. The role is based in Crown Point, IN with a salary range of $60,000 to $85,000 and located in Hammond, IN with a comparable salary range of $100,000 to $150,000.

• Distribute daily workload to team members.
• Ensure all employees comply with company, customer, and federal safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct all required safety meetings and perform business activities in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain productivity and cost-effectiveness for assigned jobs to maximize company profitability.
• Adapt to changing conditions such as customer requirements, schedules, and weather to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Provide service that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• At least 3 years of experience in the Environmental and/or Industrial Services industry, preferably emergency response.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Tank Entry Supervisor in API.
• Knowledge of Elevated or Confined Space Entry and Lock‑Out Tag‑Out procedures.
• Certification, including Transportation Worker (TWIC) clearance, if required by regulations.
