• Drive Branch Growth:
  Implement marketing plans, build business relationships, and manage daily operations to meet goals.
• Lead Loan Processes:
  Oversee new and refinanced loans, ensuring compliance and delivering outstanding customer service.
• Address Delinquency:
  Proactively manage delinquent accounts with urgency.
• Be a Hands‑On Leader:
  Set the standard for customer service and sales, addressing customer concerns with professionalism.
• Develop Your Team:
  Coach, mentor, and foster a culture of excellence and strong customer relationships.
• Manage Performance:
  Conduct evaluations, offer feedback, and partner with Talent Acquisition for recruitment efforts.

• Leadership
  
  Experience:
  
  1‑2 years of management experience in consumer finance, banking, or lending.
• Community Impact:
  Demonstrated ability to positively influence the community through service or support roles.
• Customer Guidance:
  Experience guiding clients through financial processes and providing support.
• Team Support:
  Ability to create a collaborative and inclusive environment.
• Education:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Industry
  
  Experience:
  
  1‑2 years in consumer finance, lending, or banking preferred.

Full‑time:
Monday‑Friday, 8:30 am‑5:30 pm with occasional evenings and weekends. Base salary $58,000‑$85,000 plus benefits.
