This is a full-time, entry-level position located within Amazon’s fulfillment centers, sort centers, delivery stations, or other operations buildings. Amazon seeks customer-focused individuals to lead a team of hourly employees across our Operations network. Our warehouses are fast-paced environments where standing, walking, and on-the-floor conversations are common for supply chain leaders.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting, mentoring, and motivating 50-100 direct report Amazon Associates.
- Working independently in an autonomous environment.
- Standing/walking during shifts up to 12 hours.
- Working shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays, typically following a 4-day work week with 3 days off.
- Overseeing truck deliveries, handling packages, operating pallet jacks and PIT equipment where applicable, and stepping in as needed.
- Working in environments with varying noise levels.
- Lifting up to 49 pounds and performing physical activities like pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, reaching, climbing stairs.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree with all requirements completed between May 2024 and August 2026 (must be completed before the first day).
Preferred Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Enrollment in or graduation from a degree in Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering, or related fields.

Compensation ranges from $61,100 to $73,300 annually, depending on location and experience. Additional benefits include medical, financial, and other perks. For more info, visit this link.
