Description

As a Trainee Accountant at Xeinadin you will gain hands‑on experience while working towards an industry‑recognised qualification in accountancy. The role exposes you to bookkeeping, VAT returns, year‑end accounts, tax filings and payroll management, and allows you to develop skills in a supportive, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of limited company and sole trader accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Manage business and self‑assessment tax filings for clients, ensuring timely completion and adherence to regulations.
  • Complete and submit VAT returns and undertake bookkeeping tasks such as maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Gather information from clients to produce management reports, providing insights into their financial position.
  • Conduct bank reconciliations and assist with balancing sheet items to keep financial records accurate and up‑to‑date.
Key Requirements
  • Recent graduate or college leaver keen to pursue an accountancy qualification (e.g., AAT).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks.
  • Good communication skills to engage with clients and team members effectively.
  • Desire to learn and grow within the accountancy profession.
  • Collaborative team player, capable of building strong client relationships.
  • Professional attitude, maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.
