Business Services Partner – Healing Academy
- Location:
Healing Academy, Grimsby - Salary: SO1, Scale Point 23-25 £ 34,434 - £36,363 (FTE)
- Hours:
37 hrs per week, Term Time plus 15 days - Contract:
Permanent - Reports to:
Principal - Closing date:

- Support Academy administration and operations
- Manage payroll and HR processes
- Maintain data, information and ICT systems
- Risk and incident management
- Facility, property and health & safety management
- Continuously improve processes and systems
- Strong organisational and detail‑oriented skills
- Integrity and high professional standards
- Understanding of academy operations desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff and stakeholders
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally
