Job Description Position SummaryA fantastic opportunity has become available to join the QA department as a Quality Assurance apprentice.
The position is to provide administrative support to the QA department.
You will be given hands‑on experience, work alongside experienced staff and learn new skills, whilst completing a level 3 business administrator apprenticeship.
Principal AccountabilitiesDuties, Responsibilities and Key Tasks
- Creating and maintaining documents for customers – training will be carried out and will be supported.
- Maintain and update internal systems (SAP, Teams, Excel) – training will be carried out and will be supported.
- Support the QA department with maintaining an organised filing system.
- Coordination with the different departments internally and externally.
- Work with external contractors for inspection and documentation approval – training will be carried out and will be supported.
- Use external portals/file transfer systems for documentation submission – training will be carried out and will be supported.
- Support the review of relevant Quality Management System (QMS) documentation – training will be carried out and will be supported.
- Support the external and internal audits – training will be carried out and will be supported.
- Support equipment calibration activity – training will be carried out and will be supported.
Knowledge Required
Knowledge of Microsoft office is beneficial but not essential.
Qualifications / Skills Required- A good level of education, including Maths and English (both written and spoken).
- Ability to multi-task and be organised.
- Ability to communicate with people at all levels internally and externally.
- Ability to prioritise and manage time efficiently.
