Role Overview
Manpower UK is looking for a Transport Administrator for an ongoing, temporary role based in Grimsby. The position offers an immediate start and a competitive hourly rate of £14.00 to £21.00. You will support daily logistics office operations, liaise with drivers and colleagues to ensure a smooth workflow, and manage general administrative duties and system updates.
Responsibilities- Assist with daily transport operations
- Communicate with drivers and the office team
- Maintain general admin and update internal systems
- Support driver hours and compliance records
- Cover different shifts when required, including day, night and weekend shifts
Initial 3 months training:
Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00
After training: 12:00 – 21:00
Additional shifts you may need to cover:
- 06:00 – 18:00 (4 on / 4 off, including weekends)
- 21:00 – 06:00 (Monday to Friday nights)
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable using computers
- Team player with a flexible approach
- Transport experience (driver hours/compliance) is a bonus but not essential
- £14.00 per hour
- Weekend overtime paid at £21.00 per hour
- 28 days holiday
- Immediate start, ongoing work
