Administration Assistant - Grimsby

To provide flexible and efficient clerical administrative support to the Imaging Services within the Specialist Cancer & Support Services Care Group.

This advert is for 2 x part-time 16 hour posts. Working hours will be on a shift pattern covering 8.30am-5pm, 7.15am-3.45pm and 11.45am-8.15pm. All admin support the 7-day working directive, participating in a weekend rota, working one in five weekends.

Main duties of the job

To provide reception support throughout the department within Clinical Sciences.

Knowledge of Trust waiting times, diary management and excellent customer service skills.

To work flexibly in supporting the Trust's directive of 7 day working, participating in rota/shift patterns.

Person Specification Education and Qualifications
  • oRSA ll typing writing skills or equivalent
  • oGood level of education/GCSE or equivalent
  • oExperience of Diary Management
  • oNVQ Level 2 in Business Administration/Customer Care or acquired equivalent experience
Occupational Experience
  • oPrevious experience of working in a reception environment
  • oExperience of working within a team
  • oExperience of working with the general public
  • oTime Management Skills or experience of working within a busy/demanding environment
