We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Community Administrator to join our team at Oasis South Grimsby. This role is central to ensuring the smooth running of our community work, supporting a wide range of projects, activities and events that positively impact children, young people and families across South Grimsby.
As our Community Administrator, you will provide essential administrative, financial and communications support to the local team. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate records, supporting reporting and monitoring processes, managing social media channels, and helping to communicate the impact of our work across the community

Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Community Leader and wider community team.
- Manage purchasing, stock orders, invoices and financial administration, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
- Support monthly finance processes and maintain clear expenditure records.
- Maintain accurate project, attendance and outcome information on EVIDE and other monitoring systems.
- Produce reports, statistics and data summaries to support monitoring, evaluation and funding requirements.
- Create and manage engaging social media content promoting activities, events and community achievements.
- Design and produce promotional materials including posters, flyers, newsletters and digital graphics.
- Support community engagement through digital communications and respond appropriately to enquiries.
- Ensure all communications adhere to Oasis brand standards, safeguarding requirements and data protection regulations.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, volunteers, schools and community partners.
The Successful Candidate Will Have
- Experience working in an administrative role and managing a varied workload.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience maintaining accurate records, including financial information.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications and shared filing systems.
- Experience using social media and digital communication platforms.
- The ability to analyse, manage and present data accurately.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- An understanding of confidentiality, GDPR and data protection principles.
- A commitment to safeguarding and the Oasis ethos of inclusion, equality, hope and perseverance.
It Would Be Great If You Also Had
- Experience working in a community, charity, education or youth setting.
- Experience using EVIDE or a similar CRM, beneficiary or impact-tracking system.
- Skills in creating promotional materials, photography, video editing or graphic design.
- Experience producing reports for funders or partner organisations.
