Vehicle Technician

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Technician to join a reputable franchise dealership in Grimsby, Lincolnshire.

Duties of the Vehicle Technician:

• Carry out comprehensive vehicle repairs, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards
• Diagnose and repair vehicle faults to a high standard of quality
• Provide detailed reports on repairs and communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle maintenance
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet dealership targets and uphold high customer satisfaction levels
• Ensure vehicles are maintained and repaired according to manufacturer specifications as a Vehicle Technician

Requirements:

• Fully qualified Automotive Technician (Level 3 NVQ or equivalent)
• Demonstrable experience working within a dealership environment is desirable
• Excellent communication skills, with a focus on customer service
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• MOT licence is advantageous but not essential
