Management Trainee

Overview

We are seeking two motivated individuals to join our business as Management Trainees in an 18-month development programme designed to progress you into a junior management role. You will be supported by the Regional Social Value and Training Manager and complete rotational placements across key departments including Land & Pre-Construction, Technical, Estimating, Buying, Site Operations and Quantity Surveying. You will study towards a recognised construction-related qualification through weekly day-release at a local college or university, complete assignments and maintain a detailed development log throughout each placement.

You will participate in management skills workshops to build strong people-management capabilities. This is an excellent opportunity to begin a rewarding career with clear development and progression.
