Fortem are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Northern Projects division. This permanent full-time role can be based in Grimsby or Boston with travel across northern contracts, supporting the LHP Social Housing Refurbishment Projects.
You will lead the commercial management, maximise cash flow, oversee subcontractors, and ensure project teams meet budgets. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in social housing contracts and strong accounting knowledge.
