- Review applications submitted by Payment Consultants, ensuring all data is accurate and complete.
- Contact customers via phone and email to request additional documentation or clarification when required.
- Liaise with acquirers, third parties, payment consultants, and customers to gather necessary information and resolve discrepancies.
- Cross-reference data across multiple systems to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Achieve productivity and quality targets, ensuring timely completion of tasks while maintaining a high standard of work.

Qualifications- Being confident speaking to customers, asking questions and gathering information via the telephone is key.
- The ability to gather the required information whilst keeping a customer engaged in the early stages of their relationship with us is an essential skill.
- Great listening and communication skills alongside a positive energy and attitude is an absolute must!
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn and navigate different systems and software.
- Ability to multi task and work in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or account management role is a plus.
- Excellent Basic Salary with uncapped commission
