Location: Split between 2 centres in Hull & Grimsby — bridge toll & some travelling expenses paid for.

Salary: £39,000 per year – starting salary, increasing when qualified!

You will be involved in teaching, coaching, and mentoring young learners undertaking Level 3 welding qualifications.

• Delivery:
  Deliver and coordinate the successful completion of all aspects of welding qualifications.
• Mentorship:
  Provide hands‑on coaching and technical guidance to learners in the training centre.
• Focus:
  Train apprentices in line with relevant awarding‑body standards.
• Environment:
  Work in a rewarding, self‑motivated team environment that values a ‘hands‑on approach.’

• Occupational experience: minimum 5 years’ relevant occupational experience within a welding role.
• Technical qualification: mandatory Level 3 or above welding‑related qualification or apprenticeship.

• Compliance:
  This position is subject to enhanced DBS clearance.
