Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting Supply Teaching Assistants to work across a variety of primary schools in Grimsby and the surrounding areas.

As a Supply Teaching Assistant
, you will support teachers and pupils across a range of year groups.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting teachers with classroom activities and learning support.
• Providing one-to-one and small group support to pupils.
• Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement in lessons.
• Supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) when required.
• Helping to create a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.

Assignments can vary from day‑to‑day supply to longer‑term placements
, offering flexibility and variety.

• Competitive daily rates – 93.00 to 100.00 per day (depending on experience).

• Previous experience working with children (school‑based experience desirable).

• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• A genuine passion for supporting primary education.
