Full time, term time only positions available: 1 x Permanent position; 1 x Fixed term maternity cover position.

We are looking for two talented and dynamic Progress Coaches with excellent interpersonal skills to join our team. One post is permanent and one is a fixed term maternity cover position.
ResponsibilitiesProgress Coaches manage a caseload of students, working with young people in group settings, smaller tutorials and individual one‑to‑one supervisory meetings. They check and monitor student attendance, liaise with teaching and support staff, and provide essential guidance. The role involves direct contact with students, their families and other stakeholders, offering support with financial, academic, social and emotional challenges that may impact student progress.
A Progress Coach will play a crucial role in helping students overcome obstacles, maintain full attendance, and maximise their learning opportunities.
Applicants must be educated to a minimum of level 3 (A Level) with a good standard of English. They must also be reliable, professional, have excellent communication skills, be empathetic and able to work under pressure.
RemunerationFull time/term time only salary = £21,423.60 to £22,836.29 per annum.
(These posts are on the Sixth Form Colleges Support Staff Pay Spine 5‑9; currently £25,159 to £26,818 FTE, depending on experience).
