About the roleWe are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and passionate level 2/3 Early Years’ Practitioner to join our friendly team within a very busy established nursery. The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with children from birth to five years’ old and enhancing their learning and development. The person will need to be a strong team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a large setting, prioritising workloads and managing tasks, knowledge of tapestry is also an advantage.
Theworking hours will be:
Monday to Wednesday 8am to 6pm (lunch one hour)
About the personThe suitable candidate must hold at least a level 2/3 qualification in early years which is full and relevant.
Additional qualifications and qualities include:Safeguarding qualification is desirable as is, SEN training, paediatric first aid and food hygiene.
Versatile communicative skills such as verbal, written and being able to converse in different situations.
Professionalism within everything you do.
Level 2 food hygiene certificate is desirable but not essential and training will be provided.
To have a good sense of humour and a fun, bubbly person!
