About the roleWe are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable AAT Vocational Trainer Coach to support and develop apprentices throughout their accounting and finance qualifications. In this rewarding role, you will deliver high-quality coaching, teaching and assessment, helping learners build the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to achieve their apprenticeship and AAT success.
You will manage a caseload of apprentices, conducting regular reviews, monitoring progress and providing tailored support to ensure learners remain engaged, motivated and on track to achieve timely completion. Working closely with employers and colleagues, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding learner experience while meeting apprenticeship funding and quality requirements.

About the personThe successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, able to build positive relationships with apprentices, employers and colleagues. You will be organised, proactive and skilled at managing your own workload, ensuring learners remain engaged, make good progress and achieve their full potential.
You will be passionate about developing future accounting professionals, have strong IT skills and be committed to continuous professional development.
Previous experience in training, mentoring, coaching or assessing is desirable, although support will be available for the right candidate looking to progress into an apprenticeship training role.
