Could you be our new Lead Clinician at Newmedica Lincolnshire?

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced registered health professional to join our dynamic multi‑professional team as Lead Clinician. You will provide leadership, support and development to our Optometry and Advanced Clinical Practitioner colleagues, working as part of the Senior Leadership Team of our busy Ophthalmology service. We are a friendly and dedicated team led by six Partners including five senior Consultant Ophthalmologists.

We provide a range of Ophthalmology services including treatments for Cataracts, Glaucoma, neovascular AMD, some Vitreoretinal conditions and Oculoplastics.

This role is offered on a full‑time basis at a competitive salary and we would love to hear from you if you are an experienced leader with significant knowledge and experience in Optometry developments as well as Advanced Clinical Practice. You must hold a current registration with the GOC, HCPC or NMC and additional post‑registration specialist experience would be an advantage.
