Job Summary
The post holder will be responsible for a variety of admin and clerical processes within the Clinical Sciences Administration Team in DPOW providing reception and booking office support.
Main Duties of the jobTo provide reception support throughout the dept within Clinical Sciences.
Knowledge of Trust waiting times, diary management and excellent customer service skills.
To work flexibly in supporting the Trust's directive of 7-day working, participating in rota/shift patterns.

Person SpecificationEssential Qualifications
- RSA II typing and writing skills or equivalent
- Good level of education – GCSE or equivalent
- Experience of diary management
Desirable Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration/Customer Care or equivalent experience

- Previous experience of working in a reception environment
Desirable Occupational Experience
- Experience of working within a team
- Experience of working with the general public
- Time‑management skills or experience of working within a busy/demanding environment
- Typing skills
