About the Role

Health Now is recruiting experienced Complex Care Support Workers to join our Complex Care Bank in Grimsby, specifically for weekend work.

This role involves delivering high-quality, person-centred complex care to individuals within their own homes. We have both 1:1 and 2:1 packages running every weekend, with a range of day and night shifts available.

This is an excellent opportunity for carers seeking additional weekend hours on a flexible 0-hour contract.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver safe and effective complex care within the community

* Support service users with clinical and personal care needs

* Follow detailed care plans and risk assessments

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation

* Promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing

* Work collaboratively with families and healthcare professionals

Essential Requirements

* Minimum 6 months’ home-care experience (dated within the last 12 months)

* Proven complex care experience

* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

* Reliable weekend availability

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Professional, compassionate approach to care

Desirable Skills & Experience

* PEG feeding

* Tracheostomy care

* Catheter care

* Wound management
