The is dedicated to providing high-quality, person-centred care within a warm and supportive environment. We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Home Manager to join our team on a maternity cover basis and lead our residential care home with professionalism, positivity, and a strong commitment to outstanding care.

As Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall day-to-day management of the home, ensuring residents receive safe, high-quality care while maintaining full compliance with regulatory standards.

You will lead and support the staff team, build positive relationships with residents and families, and help create a welcoming environment where people feel respected, valued, and cared for.

• Oversee the daily running of the care home
• Ensure high standards of person-centred care are consistently delivered
• Maintain compliance with CQC regulations and company policies
• Lead, motivate, and develop the staff team
• Manage staffing, recruitment, and rota planning
• Support resident wellbeing and family engagement
• Monitor care plans, safeguarding, and health & safety practices
• Manage budgets and occupancy where required
• Promote a positive culture within the home

• Previous experience as a Registered Manager within a care home setting
• Strong understanding of CQC standards and safeguarding
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage teams effectively and confidently
• Passionate about delivering exceptional care

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care
• Dementia care experience
• Experience managing budgets and occupancy
