Specialist Clinical Psychologist

Are you a Clinical Psychologist, who has experience of assessing and diagnosing children with AD/HD and/or autism or are you looking for a new opportunity to enhance your skills.

We are a lovely team who are based in Grimsby who provide high quality Neuroaffirming assessments for children and young people in North East Lincolnshire, between 0 - 18 years. We have developed a new model which has received much recognition of good practice and has been shortlisted for anational award. We work collaboratively with many other services and the /carers forum. We are an innovative, supportive team who place great importance onstaff wellbeing and CPD.

Candidate will use their experience, skills and knowledge to lead on neurodevelopmentalassessments, which includes AD/HD and ASD with children and young people, andtheir families/carers. They will have experience of working autonomously and aspart of a team within their professional guidelines as well as liaising closely with other professionals, which includes, parents, education, social care,voluntary and other health professionals.

The candidate will provide specialist neurodevelopmental advice, guidance and consultation to other professionals contributing directly to the child/young persons formulation, diagnosis and treatment. The candidate will have experience of supervising other staff including staff from different disciplines, they will contribute to service development and service evaluation.
