Nurse Associate

Care Plus Group Primary Care practices provides the first point of contact for registered patients accessing the health care service. The service will work collaboratively with patients to assist them in managing and preventing illnesses and coordinating access to specialised care.,

• Work under the direction of the practice clinical team/ Advanced Nurse practitioner or in supporting other Health and Social Care Professionals and the delivery of Health and Social Care interventions to Service Users.
• Be expected to use their own initiative within their area of competence. Be a qualified Nurse Associate and be registered with the NMC and have experience of working within a community setting and undertaking a range of clinical skills, In particular complex wound care, patient health checks, venepuncture and ECG.
