· Promoting a positive culture of teamwork, learning and continuous improvement.
· Ensuring all care is delivered in accordance with professional standards, legislation and NMC requirements.

· Strong communication and teamwork skills.
· A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach to work.
· A positive, caring and compassionate attitude.
· The ability to remain calm and professional when supporting individuals with complex needs and behaviours of concern.
