About the Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll join a high‑performing team delivering temporary and permanent staffing solutions. You'll connect skilled talent with growing organisations and provide tailored solutions that help businesses thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive revenue growth through proactive business development and sales
Deliver bespoke staffing solutions within your specialist market
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, and placing candidates
Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates
