YMCA Humber in Grimsby is seeking a part-time Workforce Officer to support recruitment, onboarding and HR administration. You will ensure a positive employee experience by guiding colleagues and managers through HR policies and processes, maintaining accurate records and delivering a friendly first point of contact.
You will work with the People Team to coordinate interviews, pre-employment checks, and contracts, and to keep our HR systems up to date.
