Agile WoW Change Management Consultant - WFH - Outside IR35

The Impact.team are working with a medical device company and are undertaking an Operating Model Consulting assignment to review the current ways of working. Commencing with the Software Development Life Cycle the role is to design a product aligned operating model to enable Product development to align with Governance, Risk and Sales priorities. This is a change management assignment initially undertaking a discovery phase followed by scope definition and implementation.

Candidates should have consulting experience in change management, be well versed in Agile ways of working and Jira process flows. The role is to undertake discovery phase and agree the scope definition, design and build enhanced operating models and a supporting organisational structure, follow agile principles and ceremonies, designing workflows and implementing automation.

• Operating model design.
• Strong agile experience, particularly with ways of working (WoW) models.
• Advisory consulting experience.
