Job Title: SQL Developer

Location: Grimsby (Hybrid Working Available)

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced SQL Developer to support a major technology transformation programme within a well-established professional services organisation. This role offers the chance to work with modern Microsoft technologies, develop innovative data-driven solutions, and contribute to business-critical projects.

• Develop and deliver business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform
• Design, build and optimise SQL Server databases, queries and stored procedures
• Develop interactive Power BI dashboards, including data modelling and DAX calculations
• Gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into scalable technical solutions
• Build and maintain ETL processes and system integrations
• Support testing, deployment and continuous improvement activities across systems and applications

• Proven experience with SQL Server database development and optimisation
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform
• Strong knowledge of Power BI, SSRS and reporting solutions
• Understanding of data modelling, ETL processes and performance tuning
• Exposure to Microsoft Azure cloud technologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
