Desktop Support Engineer - Spanish Speaking

Advancing People Multilingual Recruitment Specialists are now recruiting for a Spanish speaking Desktop Support Engineer on behalf of a leading Spanish based IT Consultancy.

This role is on-site working for a client in Grimsby, Lincolnshire

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT support professional to join a corporate environment, providing hands-on technical support to users and working closely with Service Desk and specialist IT teams.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Provide on-site IT support, resolving incidents, service requests and user queries.
Act as the first point of contact for users requiring hands-on technical assistance.
Install, configure, replace and maintain computers, peripherals and workplace equipment.
Provide support for laptops, desktops, docking stations, printers and other IT equipment.
Support meeting rooms, video conferencing systems, audiovisual equipment and collaboration technology.
Record and maintain accurate information on incidents and requests using the company's ITSM system.
Carry out regular checks of meeting rooms and audiovisual equipment.

Person Specification:

Fluent in Spanish
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-service focus.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Experience diagnosing, prioritising and resolving IT incidents, with a focus on first-time resolution.
Solid knowledge and experience with:
Microsoft 365, including Teams, Outlook and SharePoint.
Comfortable with Windows/user operating systems.
Laptops, desktops, peripherals, printers and docking stations
Wi-Fi, VPN and remote access.
Experienced with ITSM and/or ticketing systems.

This is a full-time position offering an annual salary of £40,000 - £45,000 + excellent company benefits.
