Commercial Litigation Solicitor

Sellick Partnership is excited to be working with a Legal 500 ranked firm that is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their highly regarded and growing Commercial Litigation team.

• Managing a broad and varied caseload of commercial litigation matters, including contractual disputes, partnership and shareholder disagreements, insolvency claims, and contentious probate.
• Handling matters involving alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration.
• Attending hearings, mediations, and client meetings, and representing clients in court where appropriate.
• Playing an active role in business development, including client retention, networking, and growing your own portfolio of work.

• 3-5 years' PQE as a Commercial Litigation Solicitor
• Has substantial experience across a broad spectrum of commercial litigation work.
• Demonstrates excellent knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) and strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Has a proven ability to manage a diverse and often complex caseload independently.
• Shows commercial awareness and the ability to contribute strategically to the team and firm.
