Premises Cleaner – Healing Academy

The role
  • Location:

    Healing Academy, Grimsby
  • Contract:

    Permanent, 20 hours per week (Term Time only plus 15 Days)
  • Salary:
    Scale 1, point 3 (£24,796 FTE) / Pro Rata Salary £11,998
  • Hours of Work:
    Monday to Friday 14:45–18:45
  • Start Date:

    ASAP
  • Closing Date:
    Midday Monday 1st June 2026
  • Interviews will be held:
    Wednesday 3rd June 2026
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain High Standards:
    Use professional domestic and industrial equipment to clean floors, windows, and work surfaces to a specified quality.
  • Ensure Safety & Hygiene:
    Replenish essential supplies and strictly follow Health and Safety requirements to protect our school community.
  • Care for our Site:
    Perform routine equipment checks, manage waste removal, and report any maintenance issues or vandalism promptly.
  • Support our Pupils:
    Monitor student conduct and intervene when necessary to ensure the safety and well‑being of all visitors and staff.
