School Cleaner- Schools

Manpower are currently recruiting for an Ad Hoc School Cleaner to support local school facilities on a flexible, temporary basis. This is a great opportunity for candidates with previous cleaning experience who are looking for flexible work.

• School-based environment
• Various locations may be available across Grimsby and Cleethorpes.

• Ad hoc shifts as required
• Hours will be confirmed prior to each assignment - this will be either AM (6am-8am) or PM (3pm onwards)

• £13.50 per hour

• Hoovering classrooms, corridors, and communal areas
• General cleaning and tidying duties
• Washing up and maintaining kitchen or staff areas
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately
• Ensuring all areas are kept clean, safe, and presentable
• Following site health and safety procedures

• Previous cleaning experience is desirable
• Experience working in schools or similar environments would be advantageous

• Must hold a valid, in-date Enhanced DBS check
• Enhanced DBS must be clear and suitable for working within a school environment

• Good attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to work independently and manage workload effectively
• Strong awareness of cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Flexible and available for adhoc work
