Project Manager - Social Housing Planned and Decarbonisation Works
Grimsby based (scattered properties). £65k - £70k + Car Allowance / Car + Benefits
We are working with a main Social Housing contractor to recruit a proactive Project Manager to deliver Social Housing Retrofit refurbishment schemes, including Window and Door replacements, Kitchen and Bathroom replacements, EWI, IWI, Loft Insulation, Ventilation, and Heating to tenanted housing association properties in Grimsby.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and driven Project Manager with a determined and motivated attitude. You will be instrumental in managing multiple contracts and leading a team of Site Managers and multi-disciplined tradesmen.
Daily Responsibilities of the successful Projects Manager will include:- Manage all day-to-day operations of the capital improvement programmes.
- Identifying discrepancies and taking appropriate action.
