Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the CQC Registered Manager with full accountability for branch performance.

  • Drive operational efficiency and sustainable growth across domiciliary care provision.
About You
  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary care.
  • Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience managing high-volume care services and multi-level teams.
