Key Responsibilities- Act as the CQC Registered Manager with full accountability for branch performance.
- Lead and develop coordinators, supervisors and care teams.
- Maintain compliance, audit standards and governance across the service.
- Drive operational efficiency and sustainable growth across domiciliary care provision.
- Previous experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary care.
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance frameworks.
- Experience managing high-volume care services and multi-level teams.
