The Requirements To Fill This Position Are As Below

Adhere to all safety requirements, including safety checks of tools and equipment.

Create precision-engineered parts from blank metal or plastic/composite materials using techniques such as:

Preparing and using horizontal and vertical boring machines (desirable)
Preparing and using lathes for turning operations
Preparing and using milling machines
Preparing and using grinding machines
Ensuring products meet tolerances specified on technical drawings
Applying screw-cutting techniques
Interpreting drawings
Producing jobs within allocated timescales

Actively promote the Core Values within all work activities

Must have NVQ Level 3 in Machining, ONC Engineering, or equivalent

Highly experienced in the use of Horizontal/Vertical Borers and Centre Lathes
