06:00 – 18:00 | 4 days per week (Monday–Friday)

Smart Solutions is currently recruiting Multi-Skilled Operatives to join their client site in Stallingborough. This is a long‑term, full‑time opportunity offering consistent day shifts and competitive pay.

As a Multi‑Skilled Operative, you will play a key role in supporting site operations, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of materials across the facility.

• Operating 360 Telescopic Handler / Teletruck, Loading Shovel, and FLT (Counterbalance)
• Loading, unloading, and transporting materials around the site
• Supporting warehouse and yard operations as required
• Carrying out daily equipment checks and reporting any faults
• Adhering to all site health & safety regulations
• Working closely with colleagues and supervisors to meet operational targets

• Valid Telehandler license
• Valid Loading Shovel and FLT Counterbalance licenses
• NPORS or CSCS tickets (essential)
• Previous experience operating machinery in an industrial, waste, or construction environment
• Strong awareness of health & safety procedures
• Reliable, flexible, and able to work independently or as part of a team

• £15.00 per hour
