Production Operative x

Overview

Join our busy Humberstone Road factory as a Production Operative. You'll work as part of a team to ensure smooth operation of the production line, maintaining high standards of efficiency and safety.

Shifts:

2x8 rotation 06:00‑14:00 / 14:00‑22:00, rotating weekly.

Pay: £13.13 per hour.

• Operate within a team to support the production line, ensuring efficiency with minimal downtime.
• Handle and prepare frozen fish and ingredients safely and hygienically.
• Perform line feeding, weighing, mixing, and decanting of ingredients.
• Package fresh and frozen products to meet specified standards.
• Stack and palletise boxes, ensuring correct flow of ingredients and packaging on the line.
• Follow SOPs and product specifications to ensure high-quality output.
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices, focusing on safety, hygiene, and quality at all times.

• Reliable, team‑oriented, and focused on maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
• Proactive team player committed to efficient operations.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced production environment.
• Able to follow procedures and maintain quality in all tasks.
• Willing to undergo full training; prior food manufacturing experience is an advantage but not essential.
