Packout Skilled Operative

Overview

13.04 per hour (50p additional per hour between 10pm and 6am).

We are seeking Packout Skilled Operatives who will be responsible for tasks requiring attention to detail, manual dexterity and physical stamina.

• Responsible for date coding, temperature control and metal detection checks of packed soups and sauces.
• Completion of quality and traceability documentation.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Operation of a computerised quality control system.

• Knowledge of metal detectors and Olympus system is advantageous.
• Basic English and maths skills.
• Knowledge of computers and SAP would be an advantage.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to use own initiative.
• Attention to detail; problem solving and decision-making skills.
