Sofina Foods is seeking a Night Shift Line Leader in Grimsby to drive production, quality, and safety targets in a fast-paced food manufacturing setting. You will lead a designated production line, coach staff, and ensure compliance with GMP and HACCP standards.
The ideal candidate has experience in line/production leadership, understands frozen coated products, and can promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement. This role offers night shifts Sunday to Thursday, 22:00-06:00.
