Synthomer is seeking an Operations Support Operator for a 6‑month fixed term contract at the Stallingborough site. The role focuses on safe loading and packing of finished products, supporting production activities and maintaining high safety and housekeeping standards.
You will load and pack according to the production plan, perform production support tasks including high‑pressure jetting, and ensure compliance with SHE procedures while working as part of a team.
