The Communications and Marketing Assistant plays a key role in supporting Navigo'sstorytelling, digital presence and community engagement. Working closely withthe Communications Lead, you'll help plan and deliver creative content that reflects the voices, experiences and achievements of our staff and service users.
Thisis an active, on the ground role. You'll spend time across Navigo services and trading arm locations, building relationships, spotting content opportunities and capturing photos, videos and stories that bring our work to life. You'llhelp deliver campaigns, support media activity, update digital channels andensure our brand is represented consistently and professionally.

Main duties of the jobThe Communications and Marketing Assistant supports the creation and delivery of high quality content across Navigo's social media, websites, campaigns and digital channels. You'llgather stories and updates from services, produce engaging posts and videos,support media relations, assist with events and help maintain a strong,positive public profile for Navigo and its trading arms.
The role involves regular travel across Navigo sites to capture photography, video and human interest stories; supporting the management of digital platforms; helping deliver marketing campaigns; and contributing to internal communications. You'll also assist with basic coordination tasks, maintain organised content libraries and help monitor the performance of digital activity.
This role is ideal for someone who is creative, confident working independently, and passionate about telling meaningful stories that reflect Navigo's values and community impact.

Job responsibilitiesJob Summary
The postholder will support the delivery of high quality, creative and effective communications and marketing activity for Navigo Health and Social Care CIC,ensuring strong representation of its services, people and values across all channels. This includes supporting activity for Navigo's trading arms Grimsby Garden Centre, Nurtrio, RESPECT Training and CAMs Care UK as part of thewider organisational communications approach.
Working underthe guidance of the Communications Lead, the post holder will contribute to the development and implementation of marketing plans, campaigns and digital content that enhance Navigo's reputation, strengthen engagement with service users, staff, partners and the wider community, and support income generation across the organisation.
The role requires the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities anduphold Navigo's values while supporting governance, quality and organisational processes.

Content gathering across all sites - actively travel to Navigo services and, where required, its trading arms (Grimsby Garden Centre, RESPECT, CAMs Care UK and Nurtrio) to capture on the ground content including photos, videos, interviews,service updates and human interest stories for social media and digital channels.
On site presence maintain a regular, visible presence across Navigo locations tobuild relationships, identify content opportunities and ensure authentic representation of services, with additional visits to trading arms as needed.
