Women’s Aid is seeking a dedicated leader for its Refuge in Grimsby. The role is 37.5 hours, 9 am–5 pm, with crisis support and on-site responsibilities to provide safe accommodation for women and children escaping abuse.
You will oversee occupancy, referrals, and daily operations, ensuring high-quality, trauma-informed support while coordinating with staff and partner agencies to promote safety and well-being.
