This is an exciting opportunity to join our team in North East Lincolnshire.
Advocacy is about standing alongside people, helping them to have their voices heard, understand their rights, make informed choices, and access the support they need. As defined by the National Development Team for Inclusion (NDTi), advocacy is:
“Taking action to help people say what they want, secure their rights, represent their interests and obtain services they need.”
At Cloverleaf, we refer to the people we support as Advocacy Partners
, reflecting the collaborative and person-centred approach we take in all our work.
