Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Shift Lead for the Neonatal Ward. The role will coordinate care delivery, supervise junior team members, and provide senior clinical decisions while supporting families and the wider MDT.
The post holder will ensure safe ward operation, allocate nursing resources, model best practice, and drive communications to maintain high-quality neonatal care across day, night, and weekend shifts on a temporary rotational basis.
