Healthcare Management Trust (HMT) is seeking a motivated Registered Nurse to join the Outpatients and Pre-Assessment team. You will provide nurse-led pre-assessment, wound care, and support for minor surgeries across multiple specialties.
In this role you will work within a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, deliver and evaluate patient care while upholding safety, quality and patient experience. Registration with NMC and a minimum of one year post-registration experience are required.
