The Healthcare Management Trust is seeking a motivated Registered Nurse to join our Outpatients and Pre-Assessment team. You will deliver high-quality nursing care across varied surgical specialties, lead nurse-led pre-assessment, wound care and dressing clinics, and support minor procedures.
Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care, ensure safety, maintain records and contribute to continuous improvement and patient experience.
